That That the Director of Personnel, Robert Collins, Matthew Buckley, and the Chief Fire Engineer appear before this Board at its November 9, 2010, Regular Meeting, to explain why this Board was never informed of the MA Human Resources Dept. directive that Sean O'Brien be placed #1 on the Certification from which the City appointed 9 Reserve Firefighters, and that the City Clerk invite Mr. O'Brien and, if he wishes, his attorney to appear at that meeting.
