That the Commissioner of Public Works and the Director of Communications direct all cable and phone companies to ensure that their service drops in Ward One are the proper height and aren't drooping, so they can’t get pulled down by passing vehicles, and that the companies remove their lines once they're no longer uesd, and that the Ward One Alderman be kept informed of the progress of this request on a bi-weekly basis.
