That the Director of Traffic and Parking and the City Solicitor review the Basil Tree agreement for parking vans overnight in the Magoun Square CVS parking lot, in light of the Public Utilities and Public Works Committee’s recommendation that those vans be removed from the lot during a snow emergency to allow for proper snow removal.
