That the Commissioner of Public Works create curb cuts on the western side of the intersection of Willow Avenue and Beech Street, heading up Willow Avenue, and that the Director of Traffic and Parking evaluate the sight lines on Beech Street, at the crosswalk at Elm Street, and that this matter be referred for a full vetting by the Committee on Public Health and Safety.
