That the Director of SPCD (ISD), the Director of Health,and the Licensing Commission investigate why the Armory on Highland Avenue used its driveway on April 20 from 2 PM to Midnight for cooking food and as a staging area, and inform this Board of all violations that took place that day and what will be done to ensure it does not happen again.
