That the Director of SPCD (ISD) consider holding fines in abeyance for those mobile food vendors who properly received a Hawker and Peddler License from this Board last year, until this Board can draft language to amend Article XV of Chapter 8 of the city's Code of Ordinances to grandfather such vendors as Mobile Food Vendors.
