That the Chief Assessor and SPCD Counsel appear before this Board to explain the transaction between Federal Realty Investment Trust and Partners Health Care for Partners' building at Assembly Square, and advise whether there are any legal avenues for the City to collect property tax payments from Federal Realty for that parcel.
