That this Board consider amending Zoning Ordinance 16.10.2, which allows Planned Unit Developments to apply for waivers from new zoning regulations, to specifically exclude waivers from inclusionary affordable housing requirements, and that the City Solicitor provide an opinion to this Board on the legality of this amendment by September 14, 2017.
