That the Director of Health and Human Services report to this Board whether smoking tobacco and marijuana is restricted to beyond a 50 foot radius around parks, playgrounds and athletic fields, and, if it is not, work with the City Solicitor’s Office to change the regulations to prohibit such smoking on public property within 50 feet of parks, playgrounds and athletic fields.
