That the Director of Traffic and Parking add blinking lights to the STOP sign on Cherry Street before Summer Street, and install flashing PEDESTRIAN CROSSING signs on both sides of Summer Street at Cherry Street, all as soon as possible, since beginning on March 19, traffic will be diverted to this intersection from the closed Highland Avenue-Cedar Street intersection.
