That the Chief of Police report to this Council how, in this time of bridge closures and traffic frustrations, the Police Department can assign more Officers to the Traffic Enforcement Division, instruct more Patrol Officers to prioritize traffic enforcement, and increase the ratio of payable to warning citations.
