That the Administration consider including funds for the following FY20 requests: 1) An analysis of how to reach 30-40% deed-restricted units by 2040; 2) Project management, service delivery and coordination for out-of-school time, especially for underserved populations; and 3) A software engineer to support technology architecture and integration across divisions.
