That the City Engineer and Commissioner of Public Works inspect the sidewalk on the east side of Cedar Street for all instances of spalling, and report to this Council 1) what caused it, 2) how the City will correct it, and 3) what measures the City will take against the contractor, if it was caused by improper installation.
