That the Administration appropriate funds from the dedicated Union Square Community Benefits Contributions to support two outside staff positions, one for job placement/workforce development services and one for local small business services, similar to the Community Benefits Agreement recommendations and now particularly urgent due to the COVID-19 crisis.
