Chief Assessor requesting to appear at this Council's November 24 meeting for the Classification Public Hearing and the determination and adoption of tax levy percentages for FY21, and requesting: 1) the adoption of a residential factor of 86.7935, the minimum allowable for the City for FY21; and 2) the acceptance of MGL c59 s5C, approving a residential exemption of 35% of average assessed value for owner occupied properties for FY21.
