That this City Council hereby revives all business pending before this Council or its Committees at the end of 2022 and recommits the revived items back to this Council or its proper Committees, except the item that was pending in the Special Committee on Flood Forum is committed instead to the Committee on Public Utilities and Public Works, as attached.
