That the Budget Manager prepare and submit to this City Council a synopsis of all proposed budget initiatives and requests for additional funding for the upcoming FY 2024 budget, commonly known as Program Improvement Requests, in a format similar to that delivered at the Finance Committee meeting of March 25, 2020.
