Requesting the appropriation of $1,300,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Facility Renovation Stabilization Fund for a Feasibility Study to create new building space to accommodate the Benjamin Brown School, the Winter Hill Community Innovation School, and additional educational programs defined by the enrollment study.
