That the Director of Planning, Preservation and Zoning consider a modification to the Zoning Ordinances in the Neighborhood Residence District to allow full reconstruction of roof line, or larger modifications to roof line, by right for projects that commit to meeting requirements of the new Specialized Stretch Code for Passive House and all electric standards, even when not applicable.
