That the Director of Mobility and the Director of Engineering discuss changing Hawkins Street into a two-way street for bikes, considering it is already being used by families as part of a safer route to school, allowing parents and children to bypass the dangerous and unprotected intersection of Somerville Avenue and Washington Street.
